Watch video: National Animal Welfare Trust

The National Animal Welfare Trust (NAWT) is a rescue and rehoming organisation based in the South of England. Clare Williams is its Chief Executive and in this video, she gives us an overview of their history and current work. She informs us what animals they take on, in what numbers, where they come from and how they go about rehoming them including the use of social media.

As a charity, they receive no government funding so Clare explains where their funding comes from. She also tells us about their day to day activities and about the work of dedicated staff and a huge team of helpful volunteers.
